1. Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Items may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be in fully resalable condition, unworn, and in original packaging.
- One Return per Order: Only one return or exchange is allowed per order number.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are not refundable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items not in a resalable condition.
- Items purchased from other retailers (we can only process returns for orders made directly through our Singapore website).
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us at 9386 4138 or email info@comfortcoshoes.com.sg to organise your return.
- Repackage your merchandise in its original packaging and place the shoebox(es) inside a shipping carton or satchel.
- Contact our warehouse manager at 9386 4138 to arrange pickup of your parcel.
- Returns are typically processed within 5 working days from the time we receive your parcel.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us by phone or email. We will arrange the appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
5. Refund Process
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Please note that processing times may vary during promotional periods.
6. Exchanges
- Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted only for items of equal or lesser value.
- Please contact customer service to organise your exchange.
7. Returns for Purchases via Other Retailers
We are unable to process returns or exchanges for products not purchased directly from The Comfort Co Singapore. Please contact the original retailer.
8. Shipping & Collection
- Original delivery charges are not refunded.
- Our warehouse manager will coordinate pickup of your return parcel once you've repackaged your item.
