We strive to dispatch all orders within 1 business day* from order placement. Please note that delays may occur during promotional periods.

Orders are dispatched from our Singapore warehouse. However, some items may be shipped from our Australian warehouse. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible after your order is placed with an estimated shipping timeline.

  • Singapore Orders: Up to 3 business days
  • Orders from Australia: Up to 3-7 business days

*Business days refer to Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays.

At The Comfort Co. (Singapore), we use Singapore Post to ensure fast and reliable delivery across the country.

All orders are shipped via Singapore Post.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

📦 Standard Shipping - $11.95

We do not ship to P.O boxes. Please provide a residential or business address at checkout. 

Please note, any item/s sent from Australia will incur a shipping fee of $15 SGD.

*As of the 25th of March AEST, due to the conflict taking place in the Middle East, we have made the decision to make a small $2 increase to the shipping cost (was $9.95). All costs of products and goods will remain unchanged, and free standard shipping still applies to all orders over $200. We appreciate your support, and as always, happy shopping!

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $200 SGD*. 

Important:

  • The $200 threshold applies to the cart total before shipping charges
  • Excludes any items shipped from Australia (the $15 SGD shipping fee will still apply)
