Shipping policy

We deliver to addresses within Singapore. For orders to Australia, New Zealand or the United States, please use the Comfort Co website for that country.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs $7 SGD. Standard shipping is free when your cart total is $149 SGD or more, before shipping charges.

The standard shipping rate and free-shipping threshold also apply when an item is dispatched from our Australian warehouse. There is no separate Australia-dispatch shipping surcharge.

We do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a residential or business address at checkout.

Processing and delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within one business day after payment confirmation. Orders are generally dispatched from our Singapore warehouse, although some items may be sent from our Australian warehouse. Processing may take longer during busy promotional periods.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Singapore CBD and surrounding areas: 1–2 business days.
• Outer suburbs and industrial areas: 2–4 business days.
• Orders dispatched from Australia: 3–7 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Tracking and carriers

When your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking details by email. Singapore deliveries are handled by Singapore Post.
