I love the sparkles and the hot pink laces. Loved they were on sale.
However ,compared, to my other 6 pairs of Vionic sneakers, the material is very stiff, no give and the laces are so hard to pull up to tie and loose of to remove. They seem to get stuck. Not enough slip in material. Holes are too small also for laces.
Sorry. I have tried to make do.

They are not comfortable to wear. A friend recommended for me to try Vionics. I have been using custom made orthotics for many years and I was told I dont need any more custom made. I was skeptical and said okay I will give it a try. I received my order and tried it straight away. I didn't feel comfortable at all and the insoles doesn't suit me. I had more pain on my foot. Anyhow, I am not convinced with this shoes and Didn't like it at all. Custom made orthotics may be costly but they last for few years. Sorry this is not the shoes for me.

We are sorry that you were unsatisfied with Vionic shoes. On the fit & care section of our product pages, we recommend that people give our shoes a few days to get used to the level of support.

In your case, as you've been wearing custom orthotics this transition may take a little longer as it's not what you're used to. It does sound like you've made up your mind to stick to your customs. So in that case the good news is that the footbed in the sneakers you purchased is removable, so you can take it out and put in your own Orthotic.

Apologies that we did not live up to the recommendation from your friend, but kudos to you for giving another option a try.

Potentially we would still be able to provide support with our other range where you're not able to insert an Orthotic, (sandals, flip-flops etc.)

I have a lot of problems with my feet and these are the most comfortable, light shoes i have ever owned. I actually bought another pair in a different colour i love them so much.
