The name might surprise you. But once you know what this material actually does, it makes complete sense for a brand built on effortless comfort and lasting quality.

Yak Leather comes from yaks native to the high-altitude ranges of Tibet and Mongolia. These animals have adapted over thousands of years to extraordinarily demanding conditions, and their hides reflect it. The result is a leather that is stronger, lighter, and more breathable than standard cowhide, with a texture so fine and supple it feels broken in from the very first wear.

Around 30% stronger than cowhide while being thinner and lighter. Naturally breathable thanks to an open fibre structure that allows airflow. Naturally water-resistant for real-world conditions. And with an ethical dimension worth knowing: because yaks are central to the livelihoods of nomadic herders across the Himalayas, virtually every part of the animal is used, with nothing going to waste.
